30-day privacy commitment: We don't keep your resume or answers after 30 days. They're deleted 30 days after your report is delivered. Refund, clarification, markup and dispute requests about a report must be raised within those 30 days.

Why we don't rewrite your resume
When AI rewrites a resume for dozens of applications a day, the truth can get stretched until it breaks. So we send back comments, and you make the changes yourself.
Here's why that matters. Picture HR five years from now: “This is on the resume you submitted. Did you write it?” If the honest answer is “no, a tool added it,” that can cost you the job.
We're here to protect you. Slow down. Don't embellish, and don't let any tool do it for you. If you have the time, let one of our mentors help you figure out the “right” job, so you apply to a few instead of a hundred. Then go win the job.

Who prepares my feedback?
Chris and our team. We use AI to help prepare reports, with human oversight, and every report goes through our quality checklist before it's sent: it must reference your own answers, answer your key question, and contain no invented facts. That's how your feedback can be this detailed and still arrive within 24 hours.
The optional 30-minute Mentor Calls are always with a real mentor: every call is taken personally by one of our mentors. We send your mentor a briefing beforehand so the call starts from your goals, not from scratch.
What happens if my feedback is late?
If your review (or a markup you purchased) isn't delivered within 24 hours of your complete submission, we refund 50% of the fee you paid for that item to your original payment method ($17.50 on the $35 review, $37.50 on the $75 review with markup) and you still receive your feedback. The guarantee doesn't apply to calls, which are booked by appointment.
When does the 24-hour clock start?
When your submission is complete: payment, your resume, and the required questionnaire answers. If anything is missing, we'll ask for it, and the clock starts once we receive it.
What happens to my resume and answers?
They're used only for your own review: your feedback, markup and any call briefing. They're kept in access-controlled storage and are never reused, never used to train AI models, never sold or shared, and never used for marketing. We don't keep your resume or answers after 30 days. They're deleted 30 days after your report is delivered. You can ask us to delete them sooner. See the privacy notice.
Is there a time limit for refunds, questions or markup requests?
Yes: 30 days from when your report is delivered. Any refund (including the 50% late refund), clarification, markup or dispute about that report must be raised within 30 days of delivery. After that, we can't accept claims, because your files no longer exist.
That includes the 50% late-delivery refund, clarifying questions, asking for markup on that report, and any dispute. After 30 days you're welcome to start a new review with your current resume.
What's the difference between the $35 and $75 options?
Both include a full review of your resume and questionnaire with a bespoke written report. The $35 report is complete on its own. The $75 option adds your resume marked up to show where each fix is needed, why, and which direction to take, so you can spot the problems on the page and then make the changes yourself.
Can I add markup or a call later?
Yes. After reading your $35 report you can ask for the resume markup; just reply to your delivery email. You can add a 30-Minute Mentor Call at any time from the call page.
Will this get me a job?
We can't promise that, and nobody honestly can. Your feedback is guidance: specific, practical recommendations for your resume and career direction. It can't guarantee interviews, offers or salary outcomes.

What isn't included?
We don't write your resume from scratch, apply for jobs, contact employers, or provide unlimited re-reviews. Clarifying questions about your report are always welcome; reviewing a new version of your resume is a new request.
Which file formats can I upload?
.docx is preferred, and .pdf is accepted. Your resume should be a single file.
